Ingredients

  • Package of chicken wings (thawed)          

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil            

  • 4 tbs of Never Fail Poultry Seasoning 

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish  

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).



Step 2


Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together honey, vegetable oil, poultry seasoning from the jar, and salt.



Step 3


Marinate the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).



Step 4


Arrange the Wings: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake: Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through. They should be golden brown and crispy.


Step 5


Glaze: In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings with any remaining marinade for an extra sticky glaze.


Step 6


Garnish and Serve: Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with optional sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
