From Our Farm to Your Table
Greetings from Washington County! We are the Breese family, owners of Holly & Vine Farm in Jackson, NY. Despite our long-standing connection to the agriculture industry, we are first-generation farmers who have returned to our childhood home to raise our two daughters. Our farm is dedicated to regenerative agriculture, with a focus on sustainability and growth. Join us on our journey as we strive bring the best to your table.
Meet the Farm
Our farm is diverse but each is interconnected to a common goal providing a farm based on regenerative agriculture practices. Our farm will constantly evolve and change we hope you will join us as we learn.
Our Sheep
Our flock is a dual purpose flock for fiber and meat. Our breeds range from Registered Cotswold, Romney Crosses, and a few other mixes.

Our Bees
We primarily focus on beeswax candles but are looking forward to sharing some our honey in the New Year!
Our Chickens
We raise our chickens for meat and eggs. Our birds are truly free range, we do not use chicken tractors or lock them in barns. They roam freely getting tucked in at night.
Our Bakery
We offer rustic bread made without processed sugar. This includes kettle boiled bagels, buttermilk french loaf, english muffins and more. Stay tuned on where to find it!
Our Ducks & Turkeys
We offer duck meat and back this year duck eggs! Just like our chickens they roam freely. We use a converted pool to create a mini ecosystem for them to enjoy.
We do raise a small amount of turkeys available each November.
Our Peacocks
We have four peacocks - two males (Draco & Severus) and two females (Luna & Hermione). They are here to drive us nuts and protect our other fowl from hawks. Since they have joined our farm we have not lost a single bird to hawks.
